Tropical Breeze Safety and Cleaning Services

The Tropical Breeze Difference

Unlike traditional hotels, our resort does not have many community contact points, such as shared entrances, doors, lobbies, hallways, elevators, or stairways. Each room has its own HVAC system that prevents cross-contamination indoors.

Our resort rooms are private with direct access from your parking space similar to an Old Florida motel. We have additional outdoor areas that offer seclusion and privacy while maintaining a safe distance between groups.


Incoming and Prospective Guests

If you are concerned about dining in restaurants, all nearby local restaurants in Siesta Key Village offer delivery or pick-up options. Easily walk to any of the nearby amenities in the Village and take your food back to your private room. Many places to eat also offer large outdoor dining areas.

Another potential concern involves grocery stores. Our resort rooms either include a kitchenette with all the essentials or fully-stocked kitchens. Most guests will pick up drinks and snacks from Morton’s about a block away from the resort. If you would like to skip the process of going to the store, we offer online grocery orders with groceries delivered to your door. Morton’s also offers full meals and liquors (must be 21 or older to order), so you can literally have food delivered to you as you relax in bed watching TV.

Enhanced Cleaning

Throughout the last year, Tropical Breeze Resort has taken extended measures to enhance our already thorough cleaning services. We have outlined all the steps we’re taking below. It is our goal that all guests enjoy a healthy and fun vacation!

Updated Housekeeping Standards and Protocols

In addition to our already thorough standard cleaning procedures, we are taking extra measures to clean and disinfect our resort rooms in their entirety between guests. Our resort common areas are cleaned using CDC-approved cleaning products and practices. We are also following all DBPR Sanitation Guidelines. All high-touch areas like countertops, door handles, cabinet handles, appliances, remotes, furniture, light switches, etc. are cleaned and disinfected between guests. We are also cleaning and disinfecting all soft or porous surfaces with CDC approved cleaning products for coronavirus and other bacteria and viruses.

To ensure a complete cleaning process has occurred, NO early arrivals will be granted, and a 4 p.m. check-in should be expected by all guests.

Professional In-House Linen Service

All linens are professionally laundered at our in-house laundry facility, where each item is thoroughly inspected and cleaned between each stay. Every linen is replaced with a clean set between stays.

Continuing Education and Training

Our staff is dedicated to remaining up to date with the CDC’s latest guidelines, and we adjust our efforts to continuously go above and beyond the recommended procedures.

Bins Be Clean

We work with Bins Be Clean, a mobile service that disinfects and sanitizes outdoor trash and recycling dumpsters on the resort property. All water, cleaners, and waste are contained throughout the cleaning process to ensure there is no cross-contamination. This service is performed once monthly at every property.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We work daily to go above and beyond the requirements for safe and clean accommodations, and we guarantee the satisfaction of each and every guest. If you arrive at your resort room and find that something is not right, please notify the front desk right away. We will immediately address the issue to ensure your stay is as safe as possible, allowing you to have a stress-free vacation.
