Tropical Breeze Resort is a perfectly located boutique resort consisting of 56 units spanning approximately 2 blocks in the Siesta Key Village area in Sarasota, FL. We are always looking for energetic, outgoing, intelligent, and driven individuals who enjoy customer service and can help our company succeed. We offer positions in Hotel Front Desk, Reservations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Management. Every candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team. The position is based on Siesta Key in Sarasota, FL. We compensate our team members with competitive or above market averages for hourly and salary wages. Tropical Breeze Resort is owned and operated by Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties, a fast-growing vacation rental property management company. Requirements Vary by Position:

- Previous experience in Hospitality is an asset

- Able to pass a background check

- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Associate’s or Bachelors degree preferred
