With so many people’s votes cast, it’s a pretty safe bet to put Siesta Key Beach as the first stop on your Florida Gulf Coast beach tour.

Siesta Beach is so popular due to the beautiful sand that never seems to get hot and the serene sunsets. A local tip for visitors: bring your snorkeling mask because Point of Rocks is just a walk down Siesta Beach until you end up on Crescent Beach. and has a fantastic view of the Gulf along with an array of colorful sea life.

Closest Beach to The Tropical Breeze Resort

Our beach resort is walkable and bikeable to several Siesta Key Beach entrances. Guests love that they can park their cars and walk wherever they need to go since parking in the Summer can be difficult in the Village. That being said, the closest way to get to the beach is just down the street – not even 2 blocks – to Sunset Point.

Sunset Point is a part of Siesta Beach, but it is a more “remote” side that doesn’t have a big parking area like the main beach entrance. That means there are fewer people around and more space to spread out and want the sunset. You’ll know you are in the right place when you see the old pier ruins.

Second Favorite Means Less Crowded

Crescent Beach is the second favorite of the beautiful beaches near Tropical Breeze Resort for locals and visitors alike. The energetic vibe is unmistakable and addictive to anyone and everyone that steps foot on this beach’s beautiful white sands. One guest said that the feeling of Crescent Beach’s sand was similar to the feeling of flour. A big complaint many people mention is the lack of parking, yet we’ve got a little secret for you! If you are looking for free parking, public access #12 has it, which is located immediately after the Midnight Pass intersection.

If you are headed north, you will see it on your right-hand side. Just make sure you drive slowly because you will miss it if you are not paying close enough attention. Crescent Beach is not as busy as Siesta Beach, but it is just as beautiful. Looking for free souvenirs? This beach has plenty of shells if you feel like collecting them as you walk the shoreline. This is no doubt one of the most family friendly beaches in Siesta Key yet anyone can have fun and find peace on Crescent Beach.

The Quietest of the Beaches

Turtle Beach is by far the quietest beach out of all three located on Siesta Key and has plenty of parking available, making access to this beach easy as pie. Unlike the other beaches white sand on Siesta Key, Turtle Beach has more of a golden colored sand. If the other beaches are packed with people, Turtle Beach has plenty of room for you to roam. Siesta Key is the ideal place for spring break, a family vacation, and even a great place to retire.

The lifestyle of this area makes you fall in love with it and is the reason you will keep coming back year after year. Turtle Beach is the perfect place to go to escape the chaos of the world because you can walk for miles and not see another soul. There’re not many beaches out there that have that kind of claim to fame!
